Built for Community. The Community Compass was founded from a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Founder Jasmine Moore recognized in 2026 the need for a trusted place where individuals and families could find guidance, connect with community resources, and receive support without feeling lost or overlooked.The Community Compass was created to help bridge the gap between people and the resources available to them. Whether someone needs assistance with food, housing, education, employment, clothing, family support, or other community services, our goal is to help them identify a direction and take the next step.Our name represents our mission. Just as a compass provides direction, The Community Compass helps people find their way toward resources, opportunities, advocacy, and hope.What began with a desire to help others has grown into a vision for a stronger, more connected community—one where people are informed, supported, empowered, and reminded that their circumstances do not define their future.
